A. Our loose teas, Teas' Tea, Sencha Shot, Oi Ocha and Dr. Weil for Tea lines of bottled drinks contain no calories. Our Natural Fruit Tea line has 50-70 calories per serving, depending on the variety. Our Café Sepia line has 70-130 calories per serving, depending on the variety.
Q. What is the shelf-life of the Teas' Tea product line?
A. For maximum quality and taste, please consume within 18 months of the production date printed on the bottle.

A. Once opened, Teas' Tea will remain fresh 1-2 days unrefrigerated and up to a week refrigerated.

A. We use UPS for all direct-to-consumer ground and air deliveries.

A. Your credit card is "authorized" at the time the order is placed. We do not bill the credit card until the order is shipped.

A. We are required by law to collect sales tax in those states where we maintain a business presence. Sales tax will be added to taxable items being shipped to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Washington and California.

A. Orders are shipped from either our retail store or distribution center in New York City and Philadelphia. UPS Ground shipments generally take from 3-7 business days.
