Chocolate Peppermint Matcha Latte
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup dark (or milk) chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp Matcha Love Organic Matcha powder
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- Optional garnish: fresh mint
- In a small pot, heat milk to 175º C/80º F. Add chopped dark chocolate, remove from heat, and stir until melted.
- Transfer milk and melted chocolate to a blender, alongside peppermint extract and matcha. Blend until well mixed and frothy.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy. Top with fresh mint, if desired.
