This is Not What I Ordered!

I ordered 2 packets of ITO EN Assam loose leaf tea, as I had greatly enjoyed ITO EN Assam tea loose leaf on a visit to NY. It was really, really good Assam, which is my go-to tea. I have previously bought my Assam from Taylors but this Assam was far better, superior, in fact. I was really looking forward to receiving this order! But what arrived was and is NOT Assam! It's labeled "English Breakfast" loose leaf and that's what it is. I kept an open mind. I opened one and it's not very good. Most important, it is NOT what I ordered. How do I rectify this? I have an unopened packet and bought the two packets through Amazon. Incredibly disappointed. Tell me how to fix this.
