Good Taste BUT….

I have been drinking ITO EN green matcha for over a year and really enjoy the taste and have replaced my morning coffee wit it. Most of the time I had been using the different packet that comes in a box of a hundred and find that it mixed really well with hot water. For whatever reason these packets are/were not available anymore so I ordered the new packets which has way too much tea for a single serving and doesn’t dissolve as well as the older ones did. The taste is still good but now I only use about a 1/3 of a packet per serving but still have the undissolved “lump” at the bottom of the cup - yes I do stir with a spoon to try to get it to dissolve, So the new packets will last me just fine and the taste is what I’m looking for so will continue to drink it. If you do come back to the the older packets, let me know because this change is noticeable.

Macha obsession
